All about Anne Geddes Silver Coins
In 2012 the New Zealand Mint introduced the first coins in a series featuring the innovative photography of Anne Geddes. The coins are legal tender of $2 in the Niue islands. Geddes is famous for producing remarkably unique and moving photographs of infants. She has been distinguished the world over winning numerous awards and her books featuring this one of a kind style have sold over 18 million copies.
The coins are fine .999 Silver with a limited mintage of 3,000 and feature the always creative packaging the New Zealand mint is renowned for. The images in the lens are mint released representations. Once my coins are in hand actual photos will be posted.
